Great location, near Victoria coach and train stations. Friendly staff, allowed us to store bags after check-out. Clean and comfortable apartment with daily breakfast replacement. Good size room with well-stocked fridge and convenient amenities. Knowledgeable and friendly cleaners.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was very close to the National express coach station and within walking distance to several nice eateries along Elizabeth St The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were high quality with lots of variety. The room facilities were modern and spacious, including complementary toiletries and a good selection of food provided for breakfast.
The room could have been cleaner, as there were stained carpets and some areas of the decor needed attention.

Close to everything we needed, including several tube stations and Victoria bus station. Convenient location near several nice eateries along Elizabeth St in particular. Clean and comfortable room with a comfy bed and clean sheets and towels. Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome. Delicious breakfast cooked on the spot.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic! The location was ideal - in an exclusive area of the city, yet on a quiet street with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. It was less than a 5-minute walk from a major train and bus station in a lovely neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and attentive, offering tours/ticket assistance and pet amenities. The room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, a dining table, and a patio. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!
Highly recommended for families.
